Hi, I'm Prabhanjan.

I'm a mechanical engineer who somehow ended up running program management across electric motors, batteries, EV charging networks, and now onshored powertrains. What connects all of it: taking something raw and half-built, and giving it enough structure to actually work.

The last five-plus years have moved me between hardware and software, startups and legacy manufacturing floors, hands-on building and leading teams, usually because I got curious about the part of the business nobody had quite figured out yet.

Outside of work, I think about other things too. Decisions, attention, family, whatever's actually on my mind that week. That lives here as well, just kept separate.
